1. Who we are

ToolXkit operates https://toolxkit.com. You can reach us at wizardswebwonder@gmail.com.

2. Your documents

Every tool on this site is written in JavaScript that executes on your device. When you select a file, your browser reads it from your own disk. No network request carries that file anywhere.

This means:

• We never receive your file.
• We cannot read, store, recover or share it.
• Nothing is retained after you close the tab.
• The tools continue to work with your internet disconnected.

3. Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful — page views, approximate country, browser type and referring site. This is aggregate traffic data. It is not linked to any individual, and never to the contents of a file.

4. Advertising

The site is funded by advertising. When advertising is enabled we expect to use Google AdSense, which may set cookies or similar identifiers on your device to show and measure ads.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
• You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info/choices.

Advertisers never receive your document contents — they have no technical means of accessing them.

5. Local storage

We store a small amount of data in your browser, on your device only: your light or dark theme preference, and any tool settings you have adjusted. You can delete these at any time by clearing site data in your browser.

6. If you email us

We receive your email address and whatever you write. We keep it only as long as needed to answer you, and we do not add you to any mailing list.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA and similar laws you have rights to access, correct and delete personal data held about you. Because your documents never reach us, you already hold and control that data directly. For anything else, including analytics or advertising data, contact wizardswebwonder@gmail.com.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
