How to Make a Monthly Calendar to Print

Monthly Calendar Generator: before and after TEXT A YOUR INPUT MONTHLYCALENDARGENERATOR DONE A RESULT

A single month on paper is still the easiest way to plan a school timetable, a rota or a fitness challenge. This generator draws a clean calendar grid for any month of any year, with the week starting on Monday or Sunday, and a button to send it straight to your printer.

Choose the year and month and the grid redraws. Today’s date is highlighted when it appears in the month you are viewing. Underneath, a few facts about the year are listed: whether it is a leap year, which weekday 1 January falls on, and how many ISO weeks it has.

What Is a Monthly Calendar Generator?

It is a quick way to lay out the days of a month in a seven-column grid without a spreadsheet or a template. The tool works out which weekday the first falls on, how many days the month has, including 29 February in leap years, and pads the grid so every week has seven cells.

Why Use Date and Time Calculators?

Counting days on a calendar, adding working days to a deadline or converting IST to a client’s time zone is easy to get wrong. These calculators handle leap years, month lengths and time zone offsets for you.

“One wrong day on a deadline can cost more than it seems.”
  • Exact days between two dates
  • IST to any time zone
  • Your age to the day
  • Meetings planned across countries
  • Working days without weekends
  • Leap years counted correctly
  • Timesheets added up
  • Printable calendars in seconds

Popular Uses for Date Calculators

  • Age for forms Work out exact age in years, months and days for an exam or job form.
  • Project deadlines Add business days to a start date and see when the work is really due.
  • Weekly timesheets Add up start and finish times, breaks and overtime for a week of shifts.
  • Birthday countdowns See how many days are left until a birthday, wedding or exam.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about this tool.

How do I print a calendar for one month?

Select the year and month, then press Print this calendar. Your browser’s print window opens with just the calendar grid. Choose your printer, or Save as PDF for a file.

Can I start the week on Monday?

Yes. Monday is the default. Change Week starts on to Sunday if you prefer the layout used on many American and Indian wall calendars.

Can I add holidays or notes to the calendar?

Not on screen; the grid shows dates only. Print it and write on it, or save it as a PDF and annotate it in a PDF editor.

Does it handle leap years?

Yes. February gets 29 days in leap years, and the Days in the year row confirms whether the year you chose is a leap year.

What does weeks in the ISO year mean?

The ISO standard numbers weeks from Monday to Sunday, with week 1 containing the first Thursday of January. Most years have 52 such weeks; years like 2026, which starts on a Thursday, have 53.

Why is my day count off by one?

Some counts include both the start and the end date, and some include only one. That single day is usually the difference. Check which way your office, court or contract counts before relying on a deadline.

Does Monthly Calendar Generator cost anything?

No. There is no sign-up and no limit. Use it on a phone or computer whenever a date question comes up, and the dates you enter are not saved anywhere.

Are leap years counted?

Yes. The calculators use the real calendar, so 29 February is counted in leap years and every month has its correct number of days, including the short ones.

Does Monthly Calendar Generator use my device’s clock?

It reads today’s date and time from your device where it needs them, such as for age or countdowns. If your phone or computer clock is wrong, correct it and the results will follow.

How far is IST from GMT?

India Standard Time is five and a half hours ahead of GMT and UTC, all year round, because India does not change its clocks for summer. Other countries do, so their gap with IST can shift.
