Ownership
All intellectual property in The Application remains with Your Company Ltd.
Updates
Updates are provided at our discretion and are covered by this agreement unless they come with their own terms.
Warranty
The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it is free of defects or that it will meet your requirements. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the software and delete your copies.
Law
This agreement is governed by the law of England and Wales.
