Tips and Good to Know

  1. SBI Clerk has its own advertisement. The sizes are usually the same, but check it before you use these numbers for Clerk.

  2. A live photo is also captured while you fill in the form. This page does not do that part.

  3. If the signature comes out faint, sign again with a darker pen. Resizing can’t add ink that isn’t there.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about this tool.

Is the SBI PO photo size the same as IBPS?

Yes, for 2026. SBI’s advertisement lists the same numbers: photo 200 × 230 px at 20–50 KB, signature 140 × 60 px at 10–20 KB, thumb 240 × 240 px and declaration 800 × 400 px.

Can I use a phone photo?

Yes. Stand against a plain light wall, take the photo straight on, then zoom and move it here until your face and shoulders fill the frame.

Where does my photo go?

Nowhere. It is resized inside your browser and saved to your phone or computer. No copy is sent to a server.

Does SBI PO Photo and Signature Resize reduce my photo’s quality?

Converting and cropping keep quality close to the original. Compressing trades a little detail for a much smaller file, and a lighter setting keeps more of it. Compare the preview with your original before saving.

Are my photos uploaded to a server?

No. Pictures are opened and changed inside your browser, and the result is saved to your device. Family photos, ID scans and signatures are never sent anywhere.

Will my photo be accepted by the exam form?

The exam photo tools follow the size, dimensions and file weight given in the official notice. Always read the latest notice too, because boards sometimes change their rules between years.

Can I edit pictures with SBI PO Photo and Signature Resize straight from my gallery?

Yes. Pick a photo from your gallery or take one with the camera, then save the result back to your phone. Everything works in the browser, so there is no app to install.

Is SBI PO Photo and Signature Resize free with no watermark?

Yes. Use it for as many pictures as you need without an account, and each image comes back without any logo or mark from the site.
